• Application Form Fee is Non-Refundable.
• Kindly ensure that you apply as per defined ‘Date of Birth’ criteria. Connect with school for any clarity on eligibility criteria.
• All fields marked with * need to be compulsorily filled.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted for the admission.
• Quote this Application number on any communication with us.
• Please keep soft copies of photographs of the child, father and mother and parent signature for uploading.
• This is only an application form; simply filling and submitting it does not imply admission of your ward in Apeejay School.
• Kindly call/write to school with relevant screenshots, in case, a payment is deducted from your a/c for application, but status show as unpaid. Avoid making multiple payments.
